My coaching style is about creating a safe place for clients to process fears, challenge self-defeating beliefs, uncover their true wants and needs, and experiment with new behaviors as they grow and gain clarity, confidence and direction. No. I am not a licensed counselor. We will not discuss your past traumas or work on healing from them. Coaching is designed to explore your own internal wisdom and motivations. We can discuss using Meyers Briggs and other self-awareness assessments to help identify your unique gifts and better understand yourself, your motivations, and your natural strengths to empower you to make decisions that are right for you. It can also help us recognize areas where we struggle and need support.

No. I do not help clients find a job or write resumes. I do, however, want to help you identify your gifts and talents and the types of environments and activities where you do your best work. I want to help you recognize your values and appreciate the value you bring to the workplace.

Many of our concerns didn't appear overnight, and it will take time to find solutions. I am a facilitator to help you to find your own answers to the career challenges you are facing.
